This comes out of a course we taught several years ago called “Political Communication” a seminar held at the University of Hawaii. While Politics was indeed the impetus it turns out that War was the undercurrent and irreducible theme. Out of that experience this site and the publication and republication of modern and accessible versions of the classic works will be made available in print, on the web, and for mobile devices.
